Christophe Berthon

After earning a business degree, Christophe began his career at the Carrefour Group. He progressed there for 15 years, occupying successive functional roles, particularly in national and regional purchasing, as well as operational positions as a Hypermarket Director. He then shifted toward entrepreneurship and business services, building a group that grew steadily through both organic and external growth. He personally experienced M&A and fundraising processes for his own ventures. After selling his group, he joined a small-cap investment bank in 2019 and co-founded its Nice office. In 2024, Christophe co-founded Alecia, bringing his expertise in negotiation and leadership support for high-stakes corporate finance operations.
