Martin Egasse

Martin is a certified public accountant. After an academic career at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, he started at KPMG, where he worked for 4 years on accounting and statutory audit missions for VSEs, SMEs, and large accounts. He then spent nearly 15 years in various SMEs and mid-caps, holding positions as a Financial Controller, Finance Manager, and CFO. Experienced in distressed financial situations (factoring, collective procedures, etc.), he supported the restructuring or divestiture of several SMEs. Martin has been practicing as an M&A advisor for over 7 years and co-founded Alecia in 2024.
