Tristan Cossec

A graduate of EDHEC Business School, Tristan began his career in private equity at Apax Partners. He then moved into M&A advisory, gaining experience through three roles at small & mid-cap boutiques in Paris: Eponyme Partners, Equideals, and Raphaël Financial Advisory. Tristan subsequently joined a higher education group as Head of M&A and Strategy. He returned to small-cap investment banking in 2022 before co-founding Alecia in 2024. Tristan brings his technical skills and mastery of M&A processes to divestiture and LBO/fundraising operations.
