Serge de Faÿ

Serge holds an MSc from EDHEC Business School and a Master 2 in Business Law from the University of Lille. He began his career by participating in the creation of Bolden, an alternative lender dedicated to French SMEs. He served as Credit & Product Director until the startup's sale to the Luxembourgish bank RiverBank, where he established the French office for small-cap structured finance. Serge then became a consultant for high-growth SMEs and startups before joining a small-cap investment bank. He co-founded Alecia in 2024, bringing dual expertise in finance and business management.
